These Terms apply to all the users of the Site, including visitors, registered users, and customers. Bookingfree offers a range of travel services, including but not limited to:
-Hotel bookings and reservations
-Holiday packages and custom tour packages
-Transportation arrangements (airport shuttle, taxi, trains, etc.)
-Sightseeing tours and tours
-Travel support services, including visa services and travel insurance advice (if required)
We are merely an intermediary between you and the travel services suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators). We do not operate, own, or control the actual providers of services.
After booking, if you want to cancel airline tickets or train tickets, we will not provide refunds under any circumstances. According to airline or train ticket policies, we can only provide you with a refund if they allow.
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of reservation. You will get a confirmation by email or sms when we receive the payment / deposit needed.
Full or partial advance payment may be required at time of booking. If you do not pay on time, your booking will be cancelled.After advance payment if you need cancellation, refunds will be only paid if applicable based on the terms of the particular hotel cancellation policy.In case of refund from the hotel, Bookingfree would take 15% service and tax fee to the amounts paid in total.Refunds payable shall be made after deducting the charges to be made within a reasonable time, typically 7–14 working days.
Some properties allow complimentary, for children aged 5-6 without bed. And also some properties will be chargeable for children from age 6-12. And some properties will provide beds. As per hotel terms & conditions, above 12 years is considered as an Adult.
You will be able enter/leave your room as in any hotel. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are upon availability and it may be chargeable.According to hotels T&C customer must be willing to inform the hotels if they can’t check-in 3 days before booking date.
Cancellation or amendment charges differ as per the policy of the specific hotel, which will be shown once the booking has been confirmed. Non-refundable prices are non-amendable and non-cancellable.
You are to act responsibly and be respectful of hotel property and staff. Hotels have the right to refuse admission or to remove any guest acting inappropriately.
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled dates, without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as canceled with no refund.
Any special requests (e.g., late check-out, adjacent rooms, high floor) will be forwarded to the hotel but are not guaranteed.
All prices mentioned on the Site are in INR unless specified otherwise, and include taxes as applicable unless otherwise mentioned. Prices may be altered at any time without notice, with the exception of reserved reservations. Additional charges, taxes, and service fees are also applied at hotels or for other travel services. We try our best to price correctly, but occasionally errors can occur. If there are price errors, we will cancel or amend your booking once we have notified you. You undertake to remit all charges incurred by you or by any user of your account. You certify that you will give correct, current, and full payment information. We use secure third-party payment processing but offer no guarantee of errors or breaches occurring on third-party systems.
By using the Site, you are agreeing to:

-Preserve confidentiality of your account credentials
-Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
-Use the Site only for legal bookings in your own name or on behalf of others you are legally entitled to represent.

-Be responsible for any use of your account or reservations made on your account
You are solely responsible yourself to carry all the documents required legally for your travel, including visas, passports, identity cards, and vaccination certificates. It is your duty to check and comply with the entry requirements, if any, of your destination country, including COVID-19 requirements. Bookingfree will not be held liable for fees, losses or damages in case you fail to produce necessary documents or are refused entry. We suggest you buy travel insurance to cover you against unexpected events.
Bookingfree is not the operator or manager of a hotel, airline, or transport company and is not liable for their actions, errors, or omissions. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or fitness of third-party services. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or inconvenience arising from third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for force majeure circumstances beyond our control, including weather, war, strikes, natural catastrophes, epidemics, or political disturbances. All details shown in our site like activities, photos, property amenities, room size… is the details given by hotels and resorts, bookingfree will not guarantee and not liable. We are only second party service provider, we do not bear responsibility for any errors or any service problems caused by hotels or resorts.
All materials, including images, graphics, illustrations, photos, video, logos, icons, and all other content on the Site, are owned by Bookingfree or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, modify, distribute, or exploit the content of the Site without our express written permission. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Site are owned by us or their respective owners.
